What is happening in the Nation’s Capital? What seems like complete chaos from the outside, is being touted as perfect harmony from the Redskins organization. Quarterback changes, Father-Son coaching tandems at odds, and of course Daniel Snyder. Somehow, amid all of that, they went out and played tough against an equally under-achieving Falcons team. That was the only blemish on Pano’s Sunday picks, as he we went 2-1 on the day. He needs tonight’s #MNF contest to get back over the .500 mark for the week. Both the Ravens and Lions are big players in the Playoff picture, so this has a chance to be the best game of the week. See below who Dave is picking, and best of luck to you!

Baltimore Ravens (+6) at Detroit Lions, MNF 8:30pm ESPN:
The Baltimore Ravens travel to Ford Field to take on the Detroit Lions, in what I expect to be a close and compelling matchup on Monday Night Football. The Ravens have welcomed back Dennis Pitta, whose undeniable chemistry with Joe Flacco was clearly witnessed when he tallied a 6/48/1 line during his first game back. Pitta is a huge addition for this offense, which has players like Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones who can stretch the field, but prior to Pitta’s return that safety valve who Joe Flacco could count on was missing. Fortunately, this is no longer. The Lions passing attack will test the Ravens defense, and I do predict at times they will bend, but not necessarily break. All of these late season games essentially are the playoffs for the Ravens, and the fact of the matter is I trust them. Look no further than last year’s miraculous run where they knocked off the Colts, Broncos, Patriots, and 49ers to win the Lombardi Trophy. I think they have a decent shot to win this one outright, so it would follow that I like them to cover the 6. Take the Ravens and points and enjoy the game!
